The courses take place on weekends: Saturday and Sunday, and are theoretical and experiential. The courses will include interventions of integrative psychotherapy applied to the concrete situations in the lives of the course participants, under the conditions of confidentiality specific to these working frameworks.

The courses are aimed at all individuals interested in the process of self-awareness and personal and relational development.

For these modules, a degree from a psychology faculty is not required; however, students who have already graduated from a university can apply for the personal development counselor diploma from the Ministry of Education after the first 10 modules, with which they can practice and open a personal development counseling office.

Students also receive a certificate of participation in the ARPI assisted self-therapy course, which can be used as a real asset on their CV and for professional development.

All those who have graduated from a university, regardless of their field, are eligible for the personal development counselor diplomas.

WHAT IS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT?

Personal development includes activities and experiences aimed at improving awareness, developing personal talents and skills, enhancing quality of life, and contributing to the realization of personal aspirations and dreams.

Sometimes defined as self-development, personal development refers to the activities and experiences that improve your life in all its aspects: relationships with others, career, health, education and professional development, spirituality.

Personal development is a continuous process driven by each of our desires to evolve, to become better, and to surpass ourselves.

However, this concept is not limited only to the individual level, but also includes activities for the development of others, as a teacher, counselor, manager, coach, or mentor.

WHO IS IT ADDRESSED TO?

Personal development courses are aimed at those who, regardless of profession or level of education, wish to know themselves better and develop personally, students regardless of their faculty, including Psychology, and all those passionate about psychology, self-knowledge, communication, who wish to transform their lives or help others have a better life.

STRUCTURE OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES

The personal development stage lasts 300 hours and includes the following topics:

  • Individual and group therapy
  • The technique for identifying limiting beliefs and their role in the integrative psychotherapeutic process
  • The use of psychodrama elements in integrative personal development
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Shame – the hidden emotion
  • Self-image, self-esteem, and self-confidence
  • Communication and social skills
WHAT DIPLOMAS ARE OBTAINED?

As a result of participating in personal development courses, participants obtain:

  • The Personal Development Counselor diploma accredited by the Ministry of Labor and Social Justice and the Ministry of National Education, according to the authorization with Series B, no. 0013429 / 09.05.2022, based on which you can open your own counseling office
  • A diploma certifying the completion of 300 hours (credits) of personal development, useful both for personal CV and for recognizing practice hours at relevant faculties.
