DEPARTMENT OF EUROPEAN RELATIONS AND INTEGRATION THROUGH PSYCHOTHERAPY

In the period 2009-2010, the “Phoenix Medica” Foundation from Craiova carried out in partnership with the Romanian Association of Integrative Psychotherapy a project co-financed from European Funds for the training of specialized personnel through specific courses, including courses in integrative psychotherapy. The project concluded with a festive moment of handing out the first diplomas that certify the professional training carried out within the European Project.

“Training human resources for adaptability and flexibility”

The POSDRU/36/3.2/G/17744 project implemented by the “PHOENIX MEDICA” FOUNDATION in Craiova had the general objective of preparing human resources through specialized professional training, with the specific objective of organizing courses on ensuring health and safety at the workplace, and developing its own human resources through specialized professional training.

Invest in people!

The project “HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING FOR ADAPTABILITY AND FLEXIBILITY” is implemented in the municipality of Craiova, Dolj County, South West Oltenia region. The total value of the project is 237,168 lei and the European funding is 225,498 lei.

The duration of the project is 12 months.

Target group: 24 people, members of the “PHOENIX MEDICA” Foundation, of which 8 are doctors.

Final beneficiaries:

  • The individuals trained through the project (24) – doctors and psychologists
  • The patients of the doctors and psychologists trained through this project

Results:

  • 24 trained individuals
  • 7 organized courses
  • a seminar for disseminating the project results
  • a project website

Qualitative results:

  • Improvement of the performance and skills of the staff
  • Improvement of the quality of medical services provided
  • Promotion of the concept of lifelong learning and gender equality

Activities:

  • Conducting the course “Communication and Public Relations”
  • Conducting the course “English in Medicine”
  • The course "Optimizing Performance through Psychotherapy Techniques" was completed.
  • The course "Management of the Psychoemotional Stress of Kinesiotherapists" was completed.
  • The course "Applications of Ergonomics in Medical Activity" was completed.
  • The course "Basic Computer Use in Medical Activity" was completed.

The project was completed with a seminar for disseminating the project results on 30.04.2010 at 17:30, during which diplomas were awarded to the 27 participants for each of the 7 courses organized within the project.
