"For me, the camps supported by Mrs. Dr. Gina Chiriac are very valuable. With each camp I participated in, I felt more enriched and healed.

Every time a camp starts, I eagerly and joyfully look forward to discovering new things, to discovering myself in a completely new way, and when I leave the camp, I feel like I am starting a new life.

I have started many lives.

In these camps, we benefit from therapeutic techniques in which we work on ourselves and heal, become aware, and accumulate new information.

The program is continuous and that is precisely the charm, you benefit from therapy from 6 in the morning until late at night.

A space is created where we feel safe to work on ourselves, to let ourselves be seen as we are (as much as we can), we heal, we free ourselves from the past and transcend towards a future we wish to live.

The working frameworks are designed in such a way as to bring transformation and evolution to each participant.

(I have more detailed feedback about the healing process I experienced in the last camp, for anyone who wants I can share it.)

Each camp is different, even if it has the same theme, the camp program is adapted to the latest information in the field and even though I completed the basic training many years ago (in 2009) and the supervision, I still participate in these camps (as continuing education) because it helps me a lot in working with myself and in the office working with clients.

As I have said before, I have participated in many camps, over 25, and I want to participate more because what I receive here I have not found anywhere else.

Thank you with gratitude.”

“If I set out to write about the camps of Mrs. Dr. Gina Chiriac, it is because it is the opportunity to relive with joy how love, my personal development, and life itself came into my life because I have risen from a deep sleep of consciousness.

I participated in the first camp on 12.01.2017. I remember in that camp how every moment was specially created for me. This is not just about the first camp because I felt the same in all the following camps, it is about Gina's ability (I will allow myself to call her that because she is close to my soul and this message is from the heart) to feel and convey to a group and at the same time to each individual. I no longer know how many camps I have participated in since then, between 2 and 5 camps annually, but once when I was asked how many camps I had attended I answered "over 30" and later I realized that there weren't that many because they didn't "fit" in linear time, but within me what these camps brought was far beyond 30.

I did not intend in this testimonial to tell you about Gina's professionalism, specializations, or teachings because over time I have been told about so many courses and schools she has graduated from that I no longer know the number and there are so many that even Gina if asked cannot quickly list them, but what I can tell you is about the dedication she puts into everything she does. Gina puts herself into everything she does and she herself is a lot, because she herself is an extraordinary energetic force.

The camp is alive, it is born on the first day and then grows and transforms according to the energy of the theme, the energy of the group, the weather, the place, everything that surrounds you, through the all-encompassing and supportive energy of Gina. Although the camps have a well-established structure by Gina, there is no specific program for you, a day can start at 4:00 or 7:00 or 10:00 and can end at 19:00 or 22:00 or at night at 1:00 or 3:00, but you will never feel tired or anything else, you will have time for both the beach or hiking and you will receive what you may have never received because everything is in a blessed order.

I conclude by saying that I am grateful that in my life there have been, are, and will be these camps.

P.S.  I specialize as an automotive engineer. I completed the basic training in ARPI and participated in camps for my soul and discovered the Psychotherapist. My Psychotherapist colleagues completed the ARPI training for a new diploma, participated in camps, and discovered their souls.”

“I completed the basic training in ARPI in September 2021.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on the integrative psychotherapy camps, exactly from the state of gratitude that I feel towards our trainer – Dr. Gina Chiriac, this evening after the completion of the Intelligent Parenting workshop: “How and what do we tell our children about war?”

The two years spent in the ARPI training represent for me a landmark period in discovering and harmonizing my own Self in relation to myself, but also with the dear People in my life.

As a doctor, I was able to bring into the office, through learning specific integrative techniques and strategies, the empathetic side and emotional intelligence in co-creating harmonious relationships with those who seek my help.

This entire process of transformation is maximal and complex in space and time, perfected within the ARPI camps, true transformative experiences.

I will fondly remember all three camps I have participated in so far under the coordination of Dr. Gina Chiriac:

  • the couple camp in August 2020,
  • the psychosomatic camp in October 2020
  • the camp about life scripts in November 2020.

In these camps, any small event gains a psychotherapeutic dimension, and the meanings open the unconscious mind to new horizons.

Time expands, and thus you can find yourself in working groups at 6 in the morning or at 1:00 at night.

We nourish ourselves with resources from marvelous natural settings or experience valuable realizations by accessing altered states of consciousness through Mindfulness frameworks or Ericksonian hypnotherapy.

As a doctor, I consider integrative psychotherapy to be a necessary support that brings the innovative scientific dimension of neuroscience, but also the deeply humanistic, containing, and empathetic aspect of this branch of medicine, psychiatry, which I have practiced for over 20 years.

Thank you with gratitude, I return with joy for new revealing experiences!

“I opened my practice in 2021 and I work as an integrative psychotherapist.

I completed my basic training between 2018-2020, during which I participated in 4 camps.

For me, the experience of the camps was very important, a journey to myself, through the "population of subpersonalities", through shadows and lights; it helped me discover and connect with parts of myself that I did not want to see, that I denied and rejected. I did not believe I could spend so many days and nights in contact with myself. It was both a great discomfort and a significant evolution.

I resonated a lot with the neuroscientific approach to the life script (from the camp of alchemizing the life script) and I understood that I do not have a predetermined life but that I always have the opportunity to choose who I want to be, that I am not a victim and that I am the one who creates my life and the reality I desire, but this requires me to be aware as much as possible throughout the day. Of course, I cannot forget when we would wake up at 4 in the morning to meditate, and the day was full of stirring work frames, but also bringing joy, and the evening was long, but I still wouldn't have gone to bed.

The psychosomatic camps brought me many realizations related to emotions that I did not want to feel, I did not allow them to be, then I learned that I am allowed to enjoy and express joy as I feel. That my emotions are a chemistry that the body memorizes and when the chemistry is beneficial (when I feel gratitude, love, appreciation, fulfillment, peace) I also manifest health in the body.

The couple and psychosexuality camp brought me a different perspective on what a healthy couple relationship means and helped me realize how much our introjected beliefs from childhood and the relational models between parents influence us when choosing a partner. I also discovered many "ingredients" for building and maintaining a harmonious relationship.

I thank with gratitude for this journey through which I discover that the path to myself is through love!”

My name is Carmen-Cristina Neacșu. I am 45 years old and I have been a painter for 15 years.

Psychotherapy has brought a lot of clarity into my life. The works painted by me today are much more vivid, more filled with light and my soul.

As a student in the psychotherapy training school, I felt something I had never felt in any other school I graduated from. For the first time, I learned what it is like to no longer be an object filling the space of a student chair and what it is like to be treated as a person, with respect, valued, and appreciated.

Gina Chiriac managed to rewrite new definitions in my mind for words like: school, teacher, person… The things I learned from her I learned much more from the experience of doing than from sterile theories. But what mattered most to me was the relationship she developed with me, her emotional consistency, from which I took a very important reference that I did not have.

The greatest achievement, as a result of attending this training school, is my very life and everything I have managed to bring into it, getting to know myself more and more. Thus, I allow myself to express as a writer, as a poet, to dabble in clothing and environmental design, to let my body express itself through dance, etc.

My stake in this life is to be happy. And I would not have succeeded if there had not been a Person in my life, Gina Chiriac, who welcomed me into her soulful space, gently touched my wounds, and allowed them to transform into sources of wisdom and courage…

I intend to open a psychology practice next year, in which who I am will be my way of carrying forward everything that Gina Chiriac has invested in me with so much love.

With emotion, I try to capture in a few lines my life from the last two years….

The meeting with Mrs. Psychotherapist Doctor Gina Chiriac represented the beginning of my new life, a new life scenario, full of authentic love and gratitude for the wonders I experience daily, for the transformative experiences that give me the opportunity to learn a lesson, which have directed me towards my life now.

Through her perfect professionalism, energy, originality, knowledge, and dedication that I had the chance to benefit from in the modules she conducted, I gained the courage to fulfill an old passion of mine, forgotten in a drawer of life, that of becoming a psychotherapist.

In the courses she conducted, everything was different from what I knew until then; I did not encounter anything from the classic courses where you sit and listen to the teacher, note what you consider important, learn, then take exams and finally leave with the hope that you will manage with a client… Each module with her represented a vastness of practical applications, of challenging situations in which you discover that you have unexpected resources, that you can do things that seemed impossible until then, in which you heal, transform, and start over, a continuous individual therapy in which I stripped away one by one the masks that covered me and rediscovered myself, the real me, the authentic one.

The courses were interactive, full of energy, of harsh, real awareness; I learned in these two years as much as for a lifetime, perhaps… It was challenging, it was painful, it was wonderful, it was exhausting, it was fascinating, but after all this labor, I was born as Me, the one who learned to leave the past in the past, taking only the experiences, feelings, and emotions useful for my new life, the one I have learned and continue to learn to live in the present, in here and now, at the highest intensity.

With Doctor Gina Chiriac, the Psychotherapist, I rediscovered that the only one responsible for my actions is me, what happens to me is due to me, therefore I have the supreme duty to Myself to use all my energy, all my power to develop, to grow, all the knowledge to become a responsible integrative psychotherapist.

Thank you!

Psychologist, Brussels

I am glad that I had the chance to participate in this training in integrative psychotherapy. For me, this course represented a huge step forward in my personal development.

Alongside Gina Chiriac, I became aware of blockages that were hindering me in my relationship with myself and in life, I knew I needed a radical change. But how? During the training, in the therapies I went through and the books that were recommended, I understood my inner conflicts, I learned to make different choices, I reinvented myself, even though it wasn't easy. You might be wondering as you read these lines why you need a therapist?

Because the problems you are aware of (or not) are the result of dysfunctional interactions. To be able to repair and become aware, you need someone else, whom you can admire (through admiration you can learn a lot). You need a warm personality with a good balance between reason and emotion, in whose presence you feel that you can think and feel yourself with all your vulnerabilities, fears, and flaws, who brings you the ability to self-motivate, who knows how to restore you to yourself in a version that you can love. That’s how it was for me, it was a beautiful period, sometimes hard, I felt challenged, sometimes pushed to the limit and at the same time in complete safety. The training, the therapies within the training, gave me the courage to change my life on all levels - professional, social, and personal. I am gratefully thankful for this to the ARPI family.

Dana Agapie

There comes a moment in life when you feel the need for a change… For me, it came at 38 years old. I no longer felt comfortable with what I was doing, it seemed I couldn't find my purpose in life. At that point, I decided to enroll in the Psychology faculty and, in parallel, in training at ARPI. At this moment, I consider that these were the best decisions I made this decade. At ARPI, of course, I met her as a trainer, personal therapist, guide in this new world, Gina Chiriac. I had heard of her beforehand through friends' recommendations because when you start to walk on the territory of integrative psychotherapy, you definitely hear the name Gina Chiriac! Her life experience and experience in psychology recommend her, the fact that she has numerous trainings and courses in the field of psychotherapy, done abroad. She is recommended by her former students who are now already working as integrative psychotherapists, people whose lives she has changed for the better!

For me, as personal feedback, I can say that having Gina as my trainer has had an enormous impact on my life! I have learned many new things that will be useful to me in this field. Also, the fact that she had confidence in me, in my potential, made me trust myself that I can. I can't say that my personal life at home has changed significantly, but surely my perception of life has completely changed over these years and I choose to see the blessing in my life! If you don't believe me, take a step and enroll in ARPI because here we are all like one big family, with ups and downs, and we surely have much to learn from each other! Gina Chiriac, thank you for existing in the field of integrative psychotherapy and for bringing this new approach into our lives!

Oana Lis

Gina Chiriac is a reference for me, every day, with each client I have. What I value very much is her ability or intelligence to create the therapeutic relationship.

An important experience was the residential camp I attended, where I actually understood the mastery of a therapist who makes everything seem magical and simple. However, behind that lies years of study and dedication to this vocation, which I now practice thanks to the way she ennobles it. There I understood that mental self-governance is my power, and the tact with which she presented this made understanding and deepening much easier. She staged the intrapsychic elements in an absolutely innovative way, which clearly reflected the universe of our inner world. Every therapy I participated in as an observer of her work added value to my evolution as a therapist and beyond…

I can't get out of my mind elements of theory that I always run in my mind and that are useful to me (I want them to become automatisms), for example: attention and presence in contact with the client, working within their belief system, the filters of reality that each of us has, using the metaphor of "lenses." I have come to use it as well, and thanks to the way Gina conveyed it, I managed to integrate, not just to understand.

I cannot help but bring up a few sessions of guided imagery, hypnotic inductions, which for me were true paintings on the lens of my subconscious.

Another aspect I want to share is regarding how she guided me and drew my attention to what I need to improve and how she encouraged me to do that (continuous study, personal development, etc.). Precious advice that helps me even today and is of great assistance.

Gina had an impact on my life at a structural level, starting from the personal plan to the professional one.

Today I am a therapist who sits in the office and when I don't have clients, I read; when I don't read, I reflect on myself. It helped me realize how important it is to always remain curious and humble in the face of every experience, both therapeutic and personal.

I do supervision and peer consultation every week, as she suggested, and I feel it helps me enormously.

For me, meeting the Romanian Association of Integrative Psychotherapy and Mrs. President Gina Chiriac means that I have found my vocation, I have discovered myself in all the splendor of my potential and with all my imperfections, which I have learned to identify, accept, and integrate into my personal life and in the situations of relational integrative psychotherapist.

The ways to convey information theoretically within the learning modules are as only a master knows how to use them to open the thirst for knowledge of their students, to plant the seed that will open over time and will withstand the rains, drought, and the aggressions of their peers.

The thirst for knowledge, the rediscovery of what I feel and have the courage to experience, the passion to live psychotherapy in the here and now represents for me MRS. GINA CHIRIAC.

My gratitude, appreciation, and respect can only be sketched by simply saying, with mind and feeling: "Thank you, Gina, for the meaningful journey to myself, in which I am contained and supported with the finesse of an artisan!"
