1. Orders

When you place an order on this site, you may be asked to provide an email address, your name, and a phone number. Any order you place with us is subject to the availability of services and our acceptance. In the case of an online order, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the message via email. This email confirmation will be generated automatically, so you will receive confirmation of your order details. If any detail is incorrect, you must inform us immediately about it. The fact that you received an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfill the order. Once we have sent the confirmation email, we will check the availability of the respective service. If the order details are correct, the order will be confirmed by an email or phone message.

1. Payment and Prices 

By using the portal www.psihoterapieintegrativa.ro, the user understands that they will order services directly from the training center IntegrativePsychotherapy, from where they will also receive a fiscal invoice. Any request for a refund of the amounts paid for orders will be addressed directly to the training center  IntegrativePsychotherapy without exception. 

All prices listed on the site are correct at the time of publication; however, we reserve the right to change them in the future. Prices include all taxes. We also reserve the right to modify the services available for purchase on the site and to stop listing services without prior notice.

IntegrativePsychotherapy is responsible for updating the prices on the site www.psihoterapieintegrativa.ro. In case the listed price is not current and the training center informs us after the order is placed, we will contact you to inform you about the price difference and you have the option to cancel the order.

If you choose online payment, it must be made before the delivery of services. To ensure a secure online shopping system, your debit/credit card details will be encrypted to prevent the possibility of being intercepted by third parties. Additionally, your card-issuing bank may perform security checks and can confirm your order placement. The payment processor contracted by the training center IntegrativePsychotherapy does not perform currency conversion.

All prices are in RON.

Online payments are processed by MobilPay, a product of NETOPIA Payments SRL.

1. Service delivery policy

The user acknowledges that the delivery time of the services, as well as the time received in the notification (email or phone) that they will receive after scheduling. The user understands that at any moment, due to unforeseen circumstances, the respective order may be unilaterally canceled by  IntegrativePsychotherapy, in which case they will be notified by a phone call.

The company will not be liable to you for any losses, debts, costs, damages, or expenses that may arise in the delivery of these services. In such situations, we will inform you using the contact details you provide to us when the order is placed and when the respective order is canceled or delivery is ensured to an alternative address.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

In the event of an order cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or by phone, providing the order number and details of the purchased service.

Return Method:

– to return the money, you need to provide us with an IBAN account, this being the only possible payment method

– the refund period is a maximum of 15 calendar days

– the return is FREE

Service Exchange:

– you can also opt for changing the ordered services

– the exchange is FREE

Integrative Psychotherapymay cancel the Order placed by the User, without any prior notice and without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:

1. a) Non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the User's card of the transaction, in the case of online payment;
2. b) Invalidity of the transaction by the card processor agreed by Neuropsy, in the case of online payment;
3. c) The data provided by the User on the Platform is incomplete and/or incorrect;
4. Information and complaints

In case we request information from you to ensure the delivery of services, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information. You authorize us to use, store, or process personal information for the purpose of providing service delivery and for marketing services and for control purposes. Thus, certain personal information may be disclosed to selected third parties if we believe that the services of these third parties may be of interest to you or if required by law or for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of goods and services. You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Please contact us if you wish to request this information.

Any complaint regarding the delivered services should be made via email to the address secretariat@psihoterapieintegrativa.ro. We promise to respond within a maximum of 2 business days. We also welcome your suggestions as well as any issues (bugs) encountered.

1. Final notifications

We have ensured that the information available on the website is correct and error-free. We apologize for any errors or omissions that may occur. We cannot guarantee that the use of the site will be error-free or suitable for the purpose in a timely manner, that defects will be corrected, or that the servers are free of viruses, nor can we guarantee the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the site, and we do not provide any warranty, express or implied, regarding the achievement of the objective or correctness. By accepting these terms of use, you agree to indemnify us from any liability arising from the use of information from third parties or from the use of any third party of the website.

We are not responsible for any debt to you for the provision of services except to the extent permitted by applicable law, and the fact that some services are available for online purchase does not guarantee that delivery can be made for them. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time that cannot be delivered for various reasons, and our liability is limited to the value of the order. We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services in the event that problems arise as a result of any act or omission that is beyond our control, such as unavoidable events or actions of third parties.

The listed Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions together with the privacy policy, any payment form, and payment instructions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No other expressed or implied term should be part of this agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions and any other term or provision on the site, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

If any term or condition of our agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the parties agree that such terms or conditions shall be removed, and the agreement shall remain in effect without them.

These terms and conditions and our agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. The parties to this regulation submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.

No delay or failure by us to enforce our rights or remedies under the agreement shall constitute a waiver by us of such rights or remedies, except where the waiver is confirmed in writing. These terms and conditions and a contract (and all non-contractual obligations arising from or related to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania. All relationships, correspondence, and contacts between the parties must be conducted in the Romanian language.
